Problem Solution
The swing has been disassembled, how do I put it back up?

Unhook the ropes from the hook on the window frame.

Insert the board into the loops. Make sure that:

  • The hollow curve of the board is facing up
  • The ropes are inserted into the small indents on the board
The swing is not there.

If the board is missing, check behind the curtains and in room A003.

If the ropes are missing, or you cannot find the board anywhere, please let us know by filling out this form.

The swing is in my way. Can I get rid of it?

You can remove the board from the ropes. Tuck the ropes behind the large magnetic hook on the window frame to move them out of your way.
