Infrastructure

The power is down.

The airflow does not work.

Make sure both doors are fully closed. The system only starts when everything is shut.

There are not enough power sockets or extension cables.

More power sockets are located underneath the floorboards. You can lift the floorboards with the black brush handles.

We need more display options.

You can find additional display materials in the cupboard opposite the women's toilets on the ground floor (room N016).

  • 13 mobile room separators
  • 10 A3 display stands
  • 10 A4 display stand
  • Mobile whiteboard
  • Area markers with tape

Please return the materials to the cupboard after use.

Please do not use tape or adhesives to attach anything to the walls or floors.

Cleaning and tidying

What are the expectations with regard to tidying the room?

We expect all users to tidy up their materials and clean the whiteboard surfaces.

Leave the space as you would like to find it: ready to use for the next person.

We need cleaning materials.

Opposite the women's toilets on the ground floor there is a cupboard (room N016), where you will find a cleaning cart. Please use the cleaning materials in the cart and return them to the cupboard after use.

If the materials in the car are insufficient, please contact the concierge for immediate assistance: 031 684 21 45.

If it's not urgent, but will need additional attention, please contact the Ideenlabor mobile: 079 804 03 45.

The previous users have left a mess.
